returns policy

our policy lasts 28 days

if 28 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

it must also be in the original packaging

you must inform us of your intention to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order by using the communication method outlined on AJWARI.com

to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, therefore please enclose the invoice that accompanied your order

there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

refunds

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item

we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days

late or missing refunds

if you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again

then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

next contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted

exchanges

we only replace items if they are defective or damaged

if you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ajwari.official@gmail.com and send your item to: AJWARI RETURNS address which we will provide

If you require an additional copy please contact us and we will email it to you.

shipping

to return your product, you should mail your product to: AJWARI RETURNS address which we will confirm.

to be eligible for free UK returns, you must inform us of your intention to return within 14 days of receiving your order

we will then confirm the return method to you e.g. Pre paid return label, Courier collection, etc.

we will send you a pre paid returns label by email and it will be your responsibility to print and attach to the parcel

we may use a courier service in the Leicester area at a time that’s convenient for you after agreement with you

you must complete the paper returns form, which accompanied your order, and enclose this with your parcel before returning your order

you must obtain proof of postage just in case we have any delivery issues

outside of the UK you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item

shipping costs are non-refundable

if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary

you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
